Privacy policy
The short version: I only use what you send me to help with your request, and I don't sell your information.
Who this covers
This website is run by Drew Scarfo, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Park City, doing business as Drew Scarfo Utah Real Estate.
What I collect
- What you send me. If you fill out a form, I receive what you enter: usually your name, email, phone number, and details about your move or your home, such as a property address.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
How I use it
- To reply to you and help with your real estate questions, by phone, text, or email, the way you asked.
- If we end up working together, to keep the records that my brokerage and Utah real estate rules require.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who else sees it
- Service providers that run this website and its forms, only as needed to provide that service.
- My brokerage, Keller Williams Park City, when needed for a real estate transaction or for record keeping.
- People you ask me to connect you with, such as a lender or inspector, and only with your OK.
- When the law requires it.
Cookies and outside services
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, and links to Google, Instagram, and Keller Williams take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent me. Just email drew.scarfo@kw.com or call or text 435-214-6085.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page.
